TruVoice Single Ear Wireless Headset Training Solution

WIRELESS TRAINING SOLUTION : This unique training solution includes a main wireless headset with charging base unit (recommended for the trainer) and an additional wireless headset (recommended for the trainee). To activate training mode simply dock the additional headset onto the main charging base during the call and both headsets will be activated. Once both headsets are paired and activated to the call the trainer or the trainee can mute the microphone by pressing the mute button on their headset. Both headsets can also be used independently when not being used for training.

• TRAIN WITH ANY DEVICE : Our New Training Solution can allow a 3-way conversation (trainer, trainee and customer) on Desk Phones, Computers and Cell Phones by simply docking the trainer headset to the main base for 5 seconds during a call which in turn activates training mode.
