TruVoice Telecom Inc. offers a 30-Day Return Policy for most items seen on our website but please note that various manufacturers have restrictions.
RMA approval is required for all returns to receive credit or be replaced.
An RMA can be obtained by providing the following information listed below.

The following information is required:
- Sales order number or invoice number
- Serial number/s if applicable
- Reason for return or replacement
Once the return eligibility listed below, has met the conditions required then an RMA number will be issued with complete shipping and return instructions.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If a shipment is damaged in transit please do not throw away the packaging. Contact
TruVoice Telecom on 1-888-448-5556 for support to file a claim and or get replacement.
Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. Please make sure the item is packaged in an outer carton and do not use the product box as a returned shipping container.
- RMA must be requested within 30 days of invoice date.
- After 30 days of invoice date, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and cannot be returned for credit.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS FOR TRUVOICE PRODUCTS
RMA must be requested within 15 days of invoice date. Product must be returned in original factory condition. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. Please do not use the product box as a return shipping container.
- Returns may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise specified by written authorization.
- Special Order products are non-returnable.
- Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS FOR OTHER MANUFACTURER PRODUCTS
RMA must be made within 7 days of invoice date. Box must be unopened or tempered with in any way. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. Please do not use the product box as a return shipping container.
RMA must arrive back to Truvoice within 14 days of invoice date.
Customer is responsible for paying for shipping back to Truvoice and any shipping the customer may have paid for is nonrefundable.
Failure to meet any or all of the above will void an RMA and a refund will not be applicable.
Credit or replacement for returns are processed after receipt inspections are met. Products received without an approved RMA or incomplete receipt (partial) products are subject to be returned immediately to sender at sender’s expense.
Special Note; Truvoice Telecom returns and repairs policies exclude Video Conference Products manufactured by ClearOne and Polycom Audio
The manufacturer’s return authorization process applies directly through them.

Yealink Specific Terms: All products must be returned within 30 days. Anything returned 30 days post invoice date will not be accepted and would need to be discussed with Yealink directly. If you receive your Yealink Headset and it is not functioning out of the box please contact us at 888-448-5556 or e-mail us here. We will provide you with next steps needed to initiate a claim for a replacement unit. All returns, regardless of reason why, must be returned in as sold condition. This means they must have undamaged boxes, all manuals included and undamaged, all parts present and undamaged, etc. Failure to return as described above will result in denial of refund or replacement.
Any returns within 30 days that are not due to issues with headset functionality will result in a $50.00 restocking fee.
