Defective Returns

30-Day full money back returns on any product received that is defective. The 30-days start from day of purchase. No orders will be accepted back for refund if they are received outside the 30-day window back to our address. 

For a product to be deemed defective you must first allow our Tech Department to try and troubleshoot the issue. If assistance to assess the issue is refused, you are responsible for shipping, and if the headset is found to not be faulty, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your reimbursement. 

Non-Defective Returns

Any product returned within 30-days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if it is not due to the headset being defective. Examples: Headset not compatible with your phone system, headset not comfortable, not required, etc. This amount will be deducted from your refund once RMA is approved and headset is received. If TruVoice paid for a return label and the headset is not defective the return label amount will also be deducted from the total refund.

If a unit is found to not be faulty once received by us the customer will need to send Truvoice Telecom a pre-paid label in order for the product to be shipped back to the customer.

Refurbished Products

All refurbished products have a 6-months return policy from date of purchase. If the item is defective within 6-months you will return the headset to us and the "Defective Returns" policy will be followed. Outside of the 6-months you will not receive a reimbursement or replacement. Within the 6-months replacement will take place first if stock is available. If stock is not available you will receive a reimbursement.

Non Refundable Items

Accessories and Cables are non-refundable.

RMA/ Return Process

  • RMA process is required for all returns.  >>> please complete our returns form here <<< 
  • All returns must come with all the parts the order came with. This includes outer and inner boxes, bags, etc. They must be in as sold condition. You must use a separate shipping box and use a shipping service that includes a traceable shipment method. If this is not followed, we will not accept the return. RMA form must be included in box.
  • All products found to be faulty after 30-days from purchase must go through the Manufacturer’s warranty process. You may contact us for steps or contact the Manufacturer directly.
  • Truvoice Telecom Inc. is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.
